Came home tonight ready to just veg-out because after the week I have been having, I am feeling exhausted. Instead, Bryson greeted me with the cutest smile, he is getting so big. He is now 7 months old "And Growing" as the song goes. Well that changed my whole mood and instantly I was ready to play.
What is it about your kids that makes you feel better about everything, except for when they are being naughty (I am not to that point yet). I started to fix dinner after I stole him from his mom, he loves to cook with dad, after that it was time to wrestle because that is what dads are suppose to do right? He is really into dad beating up his teddy bear, he loves to tackle is bear and squeal at the top of his lungs it totally makes my night.
My wife and I had the talk last night, the one you have with your spouse after you have anything new like kids or animals. She looks at Bryson and says to me "What did we ever talk about before you" being the typical man I quickly said "All kinds of things, mostly things that had nothing to do about babies or animals". I started to try and think of one of our many conversations we use to have and realized that I cannot remember a single one. Since my entire life "just like my beautiful wife" has become totally about Bryson.
Honestly, being a dad was the one of the last things I had on my mind but life does not go according to your plans you adjust your plans for life. In fact, kids whining in stores and restaurants drove me absolutely crazy and it still does but I am finding that I am a little more patient.

So Saturday, I got my car back and drove to work today nothing new there, until I went to go and register my car during my lunch break, as I drove the car it started to smoke. I pulled it over and go out to look under the hood and discovered that it had spilled oil onto my manifold and started on "FIRE" I ran to the nearest commercial building to grab an extinguisher to put it out long story short I am home again with my car fixed, I will try again tomorrow.
